Short form comes back in 24 to 48 hours. Long form depends on length, so we agree on a timeline upfront. Either way, we do not miss deadlines.
We send each video on a Frame.io link, where you leave comments right on the timeline. We get notified automatically, so you do not even have to message us. We make the changes within 24 hours and send it back for approval.
Once you sign on, we set up a shared group, usually a Slack channel with your point of contact and our team. Prefer WhatsApp or email? That works too. You will always have a direct line to us.
Yes. You get a dedicated Creative Lead and team who know your style, so you never re-explain it. That is how the videos stay consistent at volume.
